Jordan Property Maintenance was created to offer homeowners, landlords and property professionals a higher standard of property maintenance.
Jordan is a qualified joiner with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the building industry.
During the past five years in particular, Jordan has worked extensively on larger residential construction projects, including substantial extensions, complete house renovations and major property refurbishments.
That experience has provided a strong understanding not only of joinery, but of how different building trades come together throughout a project. From first fix and structural work through to finishing details, Jordan understands how work should be planned, completed and finished properly.
Jordan Property Maintenance brings that experience to smaller property jobs — providing customers with the convenience of a property maintenance service backed by genuine construction knowledge.
The approach remains the same on every job: turn up when agreed, communicate properly, respect the customer's property and complete the work to a high standard. Where specialist trades are required, trusted professionals are brought in so you continue to have one point of contact throughout.
