Terms & Conditions

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and photographs provided and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where the extent of work cannot be established without inspection, an estimate or day rate may be given instead and confirmed on site.

Works

Work is carried out with reasonable skill and care. Where a job requires a specialist or regulated trade — such as electrical or gas work — it will be completed by an appropriately qualified contractor, coordinated by Jordan Property Maintenance

Variations

Additional work identified during a job will be discussed with you and agreed before it is carried out.

Access and site conditions

Reasonable access to the property, water and power is required. Please advise of any hazards or restrictions in advance.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with each quotation. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange a booked visit. Materials already purchased specifically for the job may be chargeable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Pre-existing defects and the consequences of them are excluded.
